LA JOIA EXPANDIDA

La Joia Expandida es una exposición retrospectiva sobre el joyero Enric Majoral y su obra organizada por el Museo de Diseño de Barcelona y comisariada por Maia Creus.
La muestra ofrece un recorrido por sus piezas más singulares y características pero también narra su singular visión, trayectoria y contexto.
El encargo consistía en crear la imagen gráfica de la exposición así como todos los elementos de comunicación de la misma.
Buscábamos una imagen muy limpia que cediera todo el protagonismo a las piezas pero con el suficiente carácter para estar a la altura de uno de los nombres clave de la joyería contemporánea.

The expanded jewellery” is a retrospective exhibition about the jeweller Enric Mayoral and his work organised by the Design Museum of Barcelona and curated by Maia Creus.
The exhibition offers a tour through his most unique and characteristic pieces, but also tells of his unique vision, career and context.
The assignment involved creating the graphic imagery for the exhibition as well as all its communicative elements. We were looking for a very clean image which would allow the pieces to take centre stage, but also one with enough character to live up to one of the key figures in contemporary jewellery.
