I begun my 16 weeks diploma internship in Zalora Malaysia on the 18th of April 2022, much ahead of my peers. I was eager and motivated to make a great head start of my journey into the creative industry.

Being part of Southeast Asiaʼs fastest growing ecommerce, I was able to quickly accumulate various experiences and wider new knowledge through different graphic design tasks and challenges assigned to me. This includes designing fun interactive social media stories and posts to sometimes creating 180+ campaign sale banners all at once.

Times could get quite overwhelming and hectic, but all in all it was a great internship experience for a young graphic designer like me!

In a nutshell, this internship was a fantastic and gratifying experience. I can conclude that my time at ZALORA has taught me a great deal and shown me a wider view of my future career pursue. It was also good to find out what my strengths and weaknesses are. This helped me to define what skills and knowledge I have to improve in the coming time.
