At Brosa, we also offered Stylist Assist Service on the website which is more comprehensive in a way that customers were asked to complete a questionnaire and send through floor plans/photos of their home. Once they respond, depending on the size of the project, the customers will be notified on a timeframe for when they can expect their mood boards to be emailed back to them. 

Once work is completed, it will be presented back to the client via email. We will offer a revision if they would like to make any changes and request any other feedback at the same time. Once customer responds with an outcome on what they would like to do, we, stylists, will help them with any follow-up questions and create their invoice to purchase.
