I love making clothes for myself when I have the time. 

Below are a few dresses I designed, made patterns for, and sewed for myself!

Striped linen blend dress with charmeuse bust and buttons down the front. 

I also love redesigning vintage pieces. This dress was an 80's beaded dress originally..

I removed the sleeves, made it strapless, turned the back to become the front (so it has a front zipper) and added a navy tulle overlay to accent the bust. I also made the tulle with feathers shrug to go with it. 

Polka Dot cotton voile dress. The fabric was a border print with stripes along the selvage, so I engineered the pattern to use the stiped area of the border purposefully. Red piping around the bust and straps. Front zipper with button closure. 

Sequined "Jessica Rabbit" dress I made for Halloween.
