O sĂmbolo foi trabalhado com trĂȘs conceitos principais, baseados na personalidade da marca e todas as sensaçÔes que ela quer e precisa transmitir. Confira o significado de cada um destes conceitos e o motivos de suas escolhas.
1. Peixe: O peixe Ă©, bem entendido, o sĂmbolo do elemento Ăgua, dentro do qual ele vive.  O peixe estĂĄ associado ao nascimento ou Ă restauração cĂclica.
2. Minimalismo: A calda e a cabeça entram  para complementar a forma minimalista. Sem eles nĂŁo poderĂamos assimilar a forma do peixe ao conceito do logotipo.
3. Tipografia:Â
A tipografia foi feita sob medida com base nos meus conhecimentos em lettering manual.  Essa tipografia foi feita em caixa alta e baixa para encaixar na forma do peixe, mas sem deixar de ter harmonia entre as letras e a forma do peixe. Era necessĂĄrio que a marca Sansei Sushi transmitisse acessibilidade e modernidade atravĂ©s de sua identidade, jĂĄ que ela vai lidar com um pĂșblico mais polular, portanto a percepção dessas pessoas precisa ser mais intimista. A escolha da caixa alta foi para transmitir autoridade,  que passam justamente essa sensação de liderança e modernidade. AlĂ©m disso a Letra ââEââ foi desenhada a mĂŁo propositalmente pra trazer a sensação de lettering manual o que resulta em um dos nossos atributos (artesanalI, mas sem deixar de transmitir modernidade. Logotipos com mesclas de tipografias Ă© tendĂȘncia e sĂŁo atemporais.

The symbol was worked on with three main concepts, based on the brand's personality and all the sensations it wants and needs to convey. Check out the meaning of each of these concepts and the reasons for your choices.
The symbol was worked on with three main concepts, based on the brand's personality and all the sensations it wants and needs to convey. Check out the meaning of each of these concepts and the reasons for your choices.
1. Fish:Â The fish is, of course, the symbol of the Water element, within which it lives. The fish is associated with birth or cyclic restoration.
2. Minimalism: The tail and the head complement the minimalist shape. Without them we could not assimilate the shape of the fish to the logo concept.
3. Typography:
The typography was custom made based on my knowledge in manual lettering. This typography was made in upper and lower case to fit the shape of the fish, while maintaining harmony between the letters and the shape of the fish. It was necessary for the Sansei Sushi brand to transmit accessibility and modernity through its identity, since it will deal with a more popular public, therefore the perception of these people needs to be more intimate. The choice of capital letters was to convey authority, which conveys precisely this sense of leadership and modernity. In addition, the Letter ''E'' was designed by hand on purpose to bring the feeling of manual lettering, which results in one of our attributes (handcrafted, but without failing to convey modernity. Logos with mixed typographies are trending and timeless.

â Grafismos de apoio
Usando a tipografia e o sĂmbolo, foi feito uma sequĂȘncia da forma do peixe para formar um pattern para identidade, oferecendo um visual bem interessante nas aplicaçÔes que vocĂȘ vai conferir a seguir. A letra ââeââ tambĂ©m foi utilizada como recurso grĂĄfico pois foi desenhada a mĂŁo com o intuito de ser similar a forma de um peixe, o que acabou linkando perfeitamente com o toda a identidade visual.

Na ilustração usamos o conceito geométrico trazendo alimentos e formas do cotidiano do restaurante e da culinåria oriental. Temos aqui um exemplo aplicado, mas temos infinitas possibilidades de ilustração para o segmento.

Using the typography and the symbol, a sequence of the shape of the fish was made to form a pattern for identity, offering a very interesting look in the applications that you will see below. The letter ''e'' was also used as a graphic resource as it was hand drawn in order to be similar to the shape of a fish, which ended up linking perfectly with the entire visual identity.

In the illustration we use the geometric concept bringing food and forms from the daily life of the restaurant and oriental cuisine. Here we have an applied example, but we have infinite possibilities of illustration for the segment.
