In April 2011, Chase cardmembers with Ultimate Rewards had 30 days to bid on travel auctions for 15 gorgeous destinations using their points. We had developed an integrated digital strategy for the client and this was our chance to see all the parts work together. I produced user flows, wireframes, and branded page designs. I also led the design team in executing all elements of the campaign including e-mail, adserving, a promotional landing page, and the auction listings page. Our efforts created a lot of activity. Winners enjoyed big savings on their entire vacation. The campaign also enticed cardmembers to use their plastic and save points for the next big deal.
