Esta ilustração foi criada para a capa de uma revista que vai ter como tema
principal o dia 1 de Junho (Dia Mundial da Criança).
Como é uma revista de literatura, e, pessoalmente, penso que o conto do Capuchinho Vermelho seja
um dos mais marcantes das nossas infâncias, tive como conceito dizer, através da ilustração que a ler, até os piores inimigos encontram um terreno neutro. Que o livro tem esse poder, criar os amigos mais improváveis
através das suas histórias e mundos imaginários.

I created this illustration as a request by a client (for a magazine
that comes out on July) and it has as main theme the 1st July.
That magazine is about books and authors, and, in this particular month,
it is about children and their tales, so I thought that the story of The Little Red Ridding Hood
would illustrate that quite well. The illustration concept was that, with a book, everything is possible.
Even the little Red Hood and the Bad Wolf could be friends, if a book
is involved, because the book has that power - to make the most
improbable events (like this friendship) come true.
