HP 1007 Black & White Printer - Print & Digital
The campaign launched with a media capture of The Economic Times - one of India's largest selling financial newspapers. 
The brief: Launch the HP 1007 Black and White Printer to small businesses online
The HP 1007 was the entry level laserjet printer, which was ideal for small businesses due to it's price point and large print volume. Our task was to leverage the print and digital mediums to see if we could create a more compelling product story. 
 
The idea: Bring out the beauty in black and white
In the printer business, black & white printers often get the short end of the stick. With few features to boast of, there really isn't much to say. Or is there? We created a monochrome led campaign which demonstrated the powerful printer output and even allowed consumers to create their own font and custom stationery. 
The Economic Times media capture led consumers to this microsite which further led the theme of monochrome perfection.
Users could toy with creating their own font on the site - A feature we would create and ship with the purchase of the printer.
Visitors could also use design templates to create custom artworks which would be customized to their personal stationery.  
Finally, to attract attention at the point of sale, we created interactive kiosks which allowed potential customers to interact with the artwork feature of the microsite and see the quality of the printout on the HP Laserjet 1007.
