Blue Shield of California wanted to change that by being the brand that wants to change things. So we created a campaign that asked people to give us all their healthcare nightmares. While others talked, we would listen. Television spots featured stories from real people. And the iconic art direction did a lot of heavy lifting. Then we created an experience in the real world where we actually showed our listening in action.
