Health Insurance Providers are right up there with accident lawyers and advertising executives on the "who not to trust" list. Blue Shield of California wanted to change that by being the brand that wants to change things. So we created a campaign that asked people to give us all their healthcare nightmares. While others talked, we would listen. Television spots featured stories from real people. And the iconic art direction did a lot of heavy lifting. Then we created an experience in the real world where we actually showed our listening in action.
