Poster Project
For this project, I was tasked with advertising for an event that I created. First, I designed the poster in Adobe Illustrator. I then took the theme and color scheme and applied it to three separate social media posts. For the social media posts, I needed to make sure that they would make sense together, as well as if they were shown separately. Since my event was a book club, I chose more neutral colors to portray a sense of peace. In addition to the obvious choice of using books in my design, I included teacups and comfy chairs because they are representative of the conversational aspect of book club meetings.
