The designer lobbies of the Creator City residential complex will have a lounge area, a room for strollers, a multifunctional toilet with a baby care area, and a place for washing pets' paws.
The residential complex is ideal for future pupils and students. There are four leading universities nearby, schools, preschool educational centres, and kindergartens within walking distance. The Metro station and market are a 15-minute walk away.
Panoramic glazing is planned in all sections, which guarantees access to natural light in the rooms and improves visibility from the apartments.
Each courtyard area has places for family recreation with closed access intended only for residents and their guests. From the closed areas, you can get to the landscape park, which leads deep into the territory of the residential complex.
