If the first flight of the campaign was about passion and the second about diversity, the idea of the third flight came naturally: the team.

A successful team beats with one heart.
And Decathlon aims to constantly build this successful, passionate team, whose heart beats for sport.

The purpose of the third flight was to focus on what it means for employees to be part of the Decathlon team, through development opportunities, the orientation towards sustainability and the interaction with colleagues and costumers.

The targeted categories were: sales representatives, team leaders, service specialists, sustainability and CSR.
