The Maven is the Crafter: our chef, our brewer, our mixologist, our music producer etc.The Fox represents the intelligent, resourceful animal that represents the spirit of the woods that guides the Maven. The Nuturer, care giver. This is the hospitality essentially: the GM, the host & hostess, the servers, the furniture, the land- scape etc.
The Space is the woods.
Sub-brand logos are represented through artisanal tools for each artisan. Each kitchen can be pictorially represented just though an artisanal tool (and not a distinct name), for eg. pizza rake for the Italian, Cork Screw for the wine etc.
