June 16, 2022 Northern Ireland (Belfast)

My second time to Giant's Causeway did not disappoint, although I wish I had more time there to go across the bridge like last time - we were able to enjoy the time we had!

Giant's Causeway is another awesome place to explore, I especially like it as you can have a walking earbud tour the entire time you are walking the area. It tells you about the fable tales of how the rock is in a hexagon shape, and it tells you tales about giants. The most known one is about an Irish Giant named Fion Mac Cumhaill who was challenged by a Scottish giant, named Benandonner. The tale goes that there was once a bridge that connected Ireland and Scotland - made from these rocks. The two are supposed to fight, but Fion tricks the bigger giant, Benandonner into thinking that Fion is bigger by pretending to be a baby in a crib. Benandonner is so afriaf of how big Fion must be if that is how big his baby is, and flees back to Scotland, destroying the bridge behind him.

We finally got a few group photos of our little pack! Franco and Nathan were out exploring.

In Belfast, much of the group went to the Titanic Museum - I opted out, and decided to walk around the city. Belfast was busy, and big. We had another tour there on the bus will a local guide who brought us to see a different kind of mural, one that was along a fence that separated certain sections of the city.

We went out for a little night life and some music afterwards - getting ready to say our farewells soon, and we only had one day left together in Dublin.

Cheers! x
