The goal of this application was to create the easiest way a user could create issues/tickets reports without entering the default desktop version of the issue tracking system. This system was really confusing our users to accomplish the task of creating an issue and there was certain lack of communication to track the progress in terms of time and effort.

The solution was to create and implement a web application for mobile, tablet devices  and desktop computers to help the users create easily an issue wherever they are.

This  is my version of the application.
