TO adopt a new, dynamic and positive view of work
BY pointing out that you can find pleasure in any job, with a bit of creativity.

The idea:
From the insight that everyone needed some positivity in a world full of negative news, the “jobtimism” campaign was created. It positions Tempo-Team as the employment agency that approaches jobs in a positive way. As a launch, an ode to Jobtimism was written, that claims the term and gives depth and meaning to Tempo-Team's new positioning.
