Photo Series: Fashion Photography
the camera i used for these photos was a Nikon D750 with a 24-70 mm lens, it's actually a great lens for fashion photography and for portraits. i like using this lens. I also used a tripod for this, as i am not used to taking pictures in hand held mode. whenever i do that, the photos come out very blurry.
I thought about a lot of which photo series I should do, what intrigued me to do on what to capture, there was multiple options to choose from. so, I took my time in choosing and finally chose Fashion Photography. reason why I chose to do this genre is because I have been interested in taking pictures of people who dress in a high sense of style and being in the studio. It was my first time experiencing taking photos of someone else other than babies which I’m used to doing.
I have been trying to look for someone who is interested in fashion and likes to wear a sense of style, but could not find them. Thanks to my friend for agreeing to be my model and doing this photoshoot with me. At first, I did not know what to do or how to do these things, I made things awkward between us by saying to pose however she likes. After a while, we got comfortable and I got used to photographing her and told her to pose like this and that. and these photos were the outcome of it.
