Gluglu is a restaurant opened form Thursday Stuffing, a Charcuterie brand in Yeonhui-dong, and offers a basic menu from brunch to dinner with various ingredients such as seasonal vegetables and seafood as well as Thursday Stuffing.
Like the name of the restaurant, which means the sound of pouring alcohol in Italian and the sound of bubbling in Spanish, gluglu's design delivers a bright and pleasant image by applying a bubble-shaped circle to the brand's logo and store lights.
In order to overcome the shortcomings of the small and compact space, efficient plan construction was made and mirrors were installed on the walls to make the space look wider. A round pendant light showing the image of the brand is reflected in the wall mirror to make the space look three-dimensional, and the bubbling sound, which means gluglu, is metaphorically expressed through the form of bubbles.
