In Heather's project we wanted to create a natural space using natural materials: stone, wood, clay plaster, fabric. The color scheme of the project also represents the idea of naturalness, all the colors used can be seen outside the inhabited city limits. The apartment broadcasts complete tranquility, warmth and comfort. The presence of a fireplace in the living room emphasizes the feeling of home.
The apartment is not cluttered with furniture to make the feeling of spaciousness - one of the key wishes of the client. The architecture of the object, high ceilings and windows to the entire height of the walls around the perimeter of the apartment has helped us to achieve a visual airiness. We decided to emphasize these advantageous features of the project with white translucent curtains.
Matching the walls and floor in the same shade created a perfect background for more accentuated items such as the sofa, bed, bathtub and kitchen bar of our design.
