grape lab I'm Waste Based Diary
A diary born from wasted materials Wasted plastics and discarded cardboard from local printing factories were upcycled to make covers. The pages are made of wood-free high-quality recycled papers made from upcycled materials such as take-out coffee cups, cocoa husks, natural fiber by-products, leather by-products, and recycled paper. Glues, coatings, and other processes that interfere with recycling are eliminated to make every piece more easily recyclable. No glue, no chemical coatings, no waste, that’s where the difference lies. The ”I’m Waste Based” Diary takes nothing from nature in its production. Grape Lab uses the scraps from industry and reinvents them: using minimum resources, we have designed a ready-to-use and ready-to-recycle product in a closed-loop manufacturing process. Through the “I’m Waste Based” diary, Grape Lab seeks to explore the hidden value of materials that are considered trash.
