Beno wanted a website that portrayed his individuality and style of painting. A textured background was used to reflect the textured quality of his paintings. However, this background was darkened and muted to complement, rather than distract from his artwork.
The cube-links at the top were created using his artwork and spin when moused over. A flash animation involving his small tile pieces serves as the intro for the site.
