This is my design for a task i stumbled on Twitter few months ago, i attempted the task but didn't send in my entry. 

Design Brief: Design a dashboard screen where a customer support team can receive and respond to reports from customers. The screen should also capture the number of issues the CS person has attended to for the day and also a Leaderboard. Other add ons can be canned messages, issue escalation, call/email customers, close tickets, e.t.c
