London street art studies
 I had a trip to London last month  ,that was a great experience for me  .. lets see how did we started .
British council has chosen two Bahraini street artists to be in the artist exchange program
Me and Leon my friend  got chosen , so we got our tickets , took our flight and landed in London after  7 hours of flying  , in our way to the hotel we bumped into two artists from Jordan by Coincidence, they were Mike and Wesam , so we checked-in  , hit the metro  and went to Soho  for dinner .
The next day we met  Cedar , Sean and Gordon we had some chat and then we took a streetart  we met Stick by coincidence while heading to Charlie/ pure evil gallery , we had an introduction form Charlie after that we met our street art’s tour guide David who took us in a tour through Shoreditch and end up the walk to have lunch at Dragon bar were we also met the owner “ Aydie” who talked about the history of the place and how is it connected to street art , after that we went to visit CEPT in his studio , he started talking about street art and paintings he started to do , then we went to Russell Maurice’s studio and we were lucky to see what he was preparing for his next exhibition .
 
The third day was lots fun we went to buy paint from Chromr and black  graffiti supplies shop and head to Leake street were the four of us started painting in the tunnel  and oh goy the was the fastest cool thing  I’ve ever made(the picture above) , just after the painting we took a train to Bristol and reached there at night , we checked-in and  had a dinner in the end of the day
 
The next day in Bristol , we took a walk around  Bristol street  and  we’ve met  Felix Braun a long time Bristol street artist and author of “the book Children of the Can” and we had a long chatting about the street art history in Bristol . After that we had a  Walk around Stokes Croft area and met  Chris Chawkley who has supported a lot of street art activity in the area  to discus about street art . We also Visit Arnolfini gallery and met AldoRinaldi, Senior Public Art Officer and the City Design Group for a discussion on Bristol City’s public art. Then we went  to Upfest  gallery to  meet Steve and walk  around Southville and Bedminster to see Upfest artwork  , then we took a Taxi to Bristol Temple Meads station.
 
the other day After going back to London we  had a tour in Central London Gallery  and then we went to Forbidden Planet, comic shop  then  we went to an Opening at Pure Evil Gallery 
 
we had a  Visit to Trill Future video production studios  for introduction from the company’s director and then we went to a Film screenings of street art films at Soho House.
We ended up our trip by attending Brett Armony opening show  and we were lucky to meet  Conor Harrigton there .
