I’m a huge fan of the design and art style of the mid-twentieth century. I spend a lot of time gathering inspiration from mid-century illustrators, designers and architects and a lot of the designers and illustrators that I admire tend to work in a style that has some influence from the period. As part of a Skillshare class taught by Brad Woodard we were asked to illustrate the wordquiet. I couldn’t think of anything better than a quiet afternoon at home working on my computer surrounded by mid-century decor.
