Blikje bij de Buren is an initiative to connect neighbors. All street residents receive a can of soup which is delivered to their home. However, the meal is not complete: one neighbor gets the tomato soup, the other the meat balls. When combined, it’s a delicious, rich soup.

The objective is explained on the label: simply ring your neighbor’s bell and enjoy together! To get to know each other better, the inside of the label contains a fun question, to discover common interests or identities.
