My daughter was having a little bit of difficulty in realizing she was getting tired. She could not understand why she was getting grumpy at the end of the day. So, at the advice of a teacher, I created some cards that illustrate what mood she is in (happy and energetic; tired; angry). 

While I was making the first ones, my wife came up with the idea of making some for some relaxing activities to encourage her to rest a bit, since it's hard for her :)

So I've ended up with this set. I have just presented it to her and she seems to love it.   Didn't seem to mind the print quality :P.
