He is an inhabitant of the planet X1 (The Earth) who worked in Area 51 located on the American continent, more precisely in the country of the United States. Regan performed a military and scientific work.

One night when he was working overtime along with other military personnel of the base, they heard a loud explosion and saw an alien escaping from one of the subway cells, Regan ran with his colleagues to stop him. Without realizing it, they were already inside the ship with the extraterrestrial crew member, better known as Sibi, a completely peaceful being, but who was captured by the military in 2002. This creature turned on his ship that was covered with a force field that repelled air and ground attacks from the base, soon Sibi along with Regan and his other 3 companions were already in space, Sibi did not see them because they were hidden in a small room inside the ship.

Regan and the others realized that they were in a very difficult and unimaginable situation, but Regan took the decision, ordered to wait for the alien to land on their planet for them then with their weapons threaten the being and force him to take him back to Earth, but not if before bringing resources from the alien planet and if possible bring new test subjects.  After a few hours, Sibi seems to be slowing down, Regan and the military see through a small spherical window that they are approaching a huge pink planet with blue tones ...
