Lo Yacht "Shuttle 38" è un evoluzione del progetto Feddy 38 presentato al salone nautico di Shangai nel 2009.
Il design di questa imbarcazione è stato studiato per aumentare il più possibile gli spazi interni, l'idea era quella di realizzare sulle dimensioni di un 38 una barca che sembrasse di dimensioni maggiori esternamente e che internamente potesse avere maggiori spazi e comodità rispetto gli yacht dello stesso segmento.

Questo progetto è stato curato dall' ingegnere nautico "Massimo di Rosario" e dal designer italiano "Davide Panarella" il quale ha curato il design e le linee esterne dell'imbarcazione, rper gli interni c'è stata la collaborazione con l'interior designer cinese "Zhao Liyou"
