For this work, it was a personal project since I used it as a past time during the lockdown period. I used my skills in Adobe Illustrator to create a Nintendo switch using vector graphics. it consists of bold single colours which was inspired by pop art/design and saw the different switch models available during the time.
I researched this design by looking up a variety of video games and minimalist User Interfaces(which have become so much more popular over time) and using this information, I made a more simplistic and pop-art esque design
My original concept was to only design the Nintendo switch only with alternate joy-con colours and background.However when designing I decided to add white circles and pluses to give it a the more immersive feeling since it represents buttons on the console.
