This 8-page zine was created by me. It symbolizes Italian musician Ghali, whom I chose to portray as my major subject primarily because his life story and music spoke to me deeply. I wanted to portray his life story, his upbringing, significant moments in his career, and deeply meaningful songs that have had an impact on not just me but also Italian culture and society. I tried to capture his outgoing personality on each page, as well as how engaging his work and style are even when accompanied by powerful music.
