Located on what was originally an orchard, The Cortland takes its name from the local apple to put down roots for its foundation as an American-made product. Based on classical carvings, a confident, modern, and sculpted ‘C’ logo is imbued with the texture of a cortland tree’s woodgrain cross-section, representing a place for families to grow. The ‘craft of perfect contrast’ celebrates the difference between the two American master architects, creating dramatic tension while the brand harmonizes them together.
