BMW i3 Long Copy Ad: Torque the Talk

Brief: We were asked to create a long copy advertisement with a strong visual and headline for one of the brands provided. I decided on the BMW i3. 

Insight: People, especially the car's target market, millennials, need speedy and efficient cars to get them to where they need to be. I researched the BMW i3 and found that it has a lot of torque and can accelerate very fast in a matter of seconds. So I decided to focus the ad on the car's torque. This brief was challenging because we had to focus on one specific feature in the ad, and mention others but only minimally. It was also tricky coming up with a clever headline, and finding someone to mock it up for me. I ended up asking my brother Callum Hobbs, who is artistically inclined (and who had an Art Director friend to give him advice).
