As cores da paleta da Steininvest foram pensadas para que sua identidade visual transmita elegância, modernidade,

alto padrão e seriedade.

Preto e marrom representam seriedade, modernidade, elegância e alto padrão. Cinza-claro traz um apoio visual para que as diversas tonalidades possam fazer um bom contrate entre elas.

Foi pensado para o letreiro principal da marca a estilização de um fonte com acabamentos restos e diagonais em algumas

letras se assemelhando aos traços de uma planta de imóvel, além de deixar uma marca autêntica, forte, elegante, moderna

e exclusiva, um letreiro com boa legibilidade e de fácil leitura.

O símbolo é composto por três elementos: Letra "S" + Estrutura / Planta de um imóvel + Setas (Investimento / Retorno)

Steininvest is a company focused on real estate investments in off-plan properties. The company works with a focus on the investor, bringing profitability through its experience and knowledge of the market.

The colors in Steininvest's palette were designed so that its visual identity conveys elegance, modernity,
high standard and seriousness.

Black and brown represent seriousness, modernity, elegance and high standards. Light gray brings a visual support so that the different shades can make a good contrast between them.

For the main sign of the brand, the stylization of a font with leftover finishes and diagonals in some
letters resembling the traces of a property plan, in addition to leaving an authentic, strong, elegant, modern mark
and exclusive, a sign with good legibility and easy to read.

The symbol consists of three elements: Letter "S" + Structure / Plan of a property + Arrows (Investment / Return)
