Strata Fight Championship (SFC) is an up and coming fight show that host MMA ( Mixed Martial Arts) and K1 Kickboxing fights. They have employed me to provide digital posters and tickets.
The individual posters below show off the amateur fighters that will be fighting on the show, this broadcast the fighter's fight records and weight category. The client wanted some digital aesthetic to it as well as having gold elements across the poster.
The VS posters are important for promoting fight shows, especially when Strata Fight Championship are debuting on the 5th March 2022. The posters are often shared across social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, therefore it was important to keep the poster ratio 1:1.
I was asked to make tickets for the event. This includes standing (Blue) and VIP tickets (Gold and Silver). Each ticket has a lot of requirements which required a lot of attention to detail, making sure that it is aligned and as well as delivering client's request.
This is a fight card that I have done for Strata Fight Championship. A fight card is an itinerary for fight bouts, this is usually printed out and placed on seats at the event for spectators. After seeing most fight cards at events that I have attended, they tend to be illegible due to designers cramping in details that clients request. Being aware of this common mistake, I had to consider size, font, spacing and kerning throughout the A5 piece. Although it was a difficult task, balancing in-between legibility and delivering clients needs. I believe I have managed to achieve both. In order to built a social media presence for Strata Fight Championship, I suggested to the client that having the social media logos such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. I believe that the audience and spectators would associate SFC as a current fight show.
