Out of all the pictures I took with the camera, this picture caught my attention the most. I took this on our second photoshoot outing at Orchard on the 1st of August. As you can see, it is a picture of two blue buildings which I first noticed at Orchard. From there onwards, I was able to visualise the landscape I wanted to capture for which created the desire to take a picture of them. Moreover, the shade of blue of the buildings on that day went well together with the colours of the flowers in the foreground. I feel that I made the right decision in adding the flowers into the photograph as it created a more lively atmosphere as compared to without them. I did so by using one of the techniques we were taught which was frame-within-a-frame composition. I really love how the picture turned out and enjoyed the process.
