CAPITAL - Artistic installation for "New Hand Lab" in Covilhã.
Capital is an artistic installation I made for the New Hand Lab in Covilhã as part of the Open Up project of the Creative Europe programme where are made
several workshops in countries such as Cyprus, Sweden, Finland, France, Spain, Greece and Portugal to disclose young artists and designers.

My installation has a video and a suspended chair:
The purpose of the video production is to make the public remember or imagine what the industry in Covilhã once was.
It was a world, it was agitation, uproar, turmoil. It's what we feel when we go to a big city, it's what I personally feel living in Lisbon.
I call it the “don't stop life”. A comparison is then made between these two worlds. It used to be similar, but it can still go back to being what it was.
