OrthoTech Tradeshow

This was the original artwork mockup.  We wanted a simple message with some catchy artwork.  Booth design is challenging- You don't want something overpowering that will take all the attention, but rather something subtle that helps tie in your branding and conveys your message.
We learned that design placement is also important.  Something to consider when designing your backdrop is where tables and chairs or fixtures will go.  With our current design, placements of TV's and other fixtures are not very flexible.  That's something to consider if you do a lot of Trade Shows.  Every Trade Show has different rules so we had to work around a few of them and improvise.
We had the OrthoTech Labs Logo die cut out of Alluminum and then we glued it to the sides of the table.
We retrofited an old store fixture with LED lights on the bottom and lights on the tabletop to give it a futuristic look.  The floor is made up of plastic squares that fit together.  2 trusses are holding up 2 47 inch TV's mounted vertically.  The TV's are playing a DVD we made.

We printed a logo and cut two White TV Bezels out of foamcore and mounted them to the TV's
Here's Maria and David with the finished booth with the light table and TV.
Here's an additional table with a touchscreen and some appliances.  We handed out folders and postage paid Free Trial Boxes.
