
Brand identity for a beauty salon
About the client:
Rufiya Studio is a beauty salon in the Netherlands. They provide a wide range of services: massage, cosmetology, manicure and pedicure, lash and brow lamination. Moreover, they teach professional manicure courses.
Task:
When they first wrote to me, the studio had already had a logo but needed a brand identity and a lot of printing layouts. The owner, Renata, wanted their Instagram page and every single template to look expensive, luxurious, and elegant according to their price category. We decided not to change the logotype, but make it look completely different with new corporate style.
Process:
I started by choosing brand colors and fonts, then created corporate graphic elements and used them in designing different stationery: a letterhead, a business card, a gift certificate, a flyer, a course certificate, and a course workbook.









After going deeper I started working on Instagram visual content, visualized the greed, created highlights icons, adapted the logo to the avatar, and designed templates for stories. The major difficulty was the lack of photo content, so I combined their shots with stock photos and videos.
New visual identity helped the studio get new clients in the very first days after rebranding, women booked their appointments via links just after watching stories on Instagram. The result didn't take long time for Renata to make sure, we had done everything right. Read her review below!
