Debit Card Carrier
Problem: Direct mail? Hear me out, this was a fun one. We had to redesign the experience of receiving your new debit card, which I also helped to develop, but that's a story for another time.
Solution: We wanted to match the excitement the customer experiences when they receive their new (blue) debit card card. To get everything just right, I spent weeks negotiating with the vendors to change the card location. That might seem like a simple ask, but for some odd reason, it wasn't.
From there, we used learnings from neuroscience research to help guide their eyes throughout the letter, making this the easiest debit card activation they've ever experienced.
