This project was initiated to understand a community, their culture and their craft later make a product which does not lose the identity of the craft. This project started in Nirona village of Kutch District. The craft name is " BELL METAL". The craft people use mild steel for making their bells. These bells were used as an identification by cattle owner to recognize their cattle.
I have used the sound aspect of the craft and made this product which is a sound instrument for relaxation. There are four bells and these bells are triggered using a motor in the center. The motor is attached to arduino board which is programmed to change the phase of the motor so as to generate different tone each time its switched on. This will allowed one to hear different tune each time he/ she is using it. Hence will be able to relax faster.
