Ma and Ba

This is a portrait of my in-laws, done from an old studio photograph. There's not much to say, other than it took me a really long time to complete. I didn't have as much time to work on it as I would have liked, which caused me to feel like I had to re-learn how to paint every time I was able to get back into it. It was a lot of fun to do, and I think I am a better painter for having done it.
