This was a logo design project.  The client had two requests.  1.  Use the Matisse typeface and 2.  have a parrot in there.  The client's inspiration was a tropical / beach theme.  I gave him the options you see above, a range of design from "beach whimsy" to classy/refined, and he liked the second one down on the left.  He liked what was the middle ground between the two.  We just needed to add a tagline and we were finished.  Fantastic client.  Happy client!  (and no Matisse typeface!)
