Introducing the study
The purpose of this report is to analyze findings and offer recommendations from a usability study conducted on Zara.com. The intention of conducting these moderated, remote tests is to improve and correct the most prevalent usability issues found on Zara's website in order to improve user experience. Qualitative testing was done through observing participants' interactions with features on the website by performing specific scenario tasks.

Participants performed three different tasks on Zara.com. After analyzing the results, the usability tests revealed the site has navigation, organization, user feedback, and convention problems. It is imperative to correct these issues in order to enhance user experience, which ultimately drives customer interaction and increases frequent shoppers.
