This is the third project from my VCD2: Typography course, diving into poster design for event advertising. The aim was to design posters using the same exact body copy for a "Jazz in July" event that would completely captivate audience's attention. The poster on the left were given the restraints of only using the same typeface and point size, without any color or visual icons. The second poster on the right allowed for total design freedom, with optional uses of color, photography, illustration, etc. I was also tasked with exploring Adobe After Effects to learn simple animation to add extra dynamism to my second poster.
