Graphia Wine Branding
Graphia, which means "to write" in Greek, is a self initiated project for a collection of artisan wine label designs inspired by my love for typography and printmaking.
Approach
The designs feature handmade collages, typography, and silkscreen prints, resulting in visually striking and unique labels. The collages consist of various materials combined to create a cohesive visual narrative, with imperfections adding authenticity and uniqueness. Typography acts as a bridge between the collage elements and textual information, carefully selected to harmonise with the overall aesthetic. The black and white colour palette adds simplicity and elegance, allowing the typographic collage to stand out. The wine label design combines traditional printmaking techniques with modern design sensibilities, appealing to both traditional wine enthusiasts and design-conscious audiences.
