PRINTZIPAL

Last year we were commissioned to create the marketing content and interior design for one of the new office landmarks being developed in Luxembourg, called "Printzipal".

Along with a set of still views, we got to produce a mixed-media film featuring full CGI shots, location filming, drones, actors in city and on green-screen, video/CGI compositing and a motion graphics film, all done in-house and in collaboration with a bunch of very talented people. We hope you will enjoy this 3-minute peek into the work-day of a Luxembourg CEO, we most certainly had fun making it!

We designed the interiors by focusing on outcomes:

Our unifying concept dictated the coherent use of materials and shapes throughout the interior and exterior spaces. We did this by following a step-by-step pattern. For instance, we wanted the pendant light fixtures in the Auditorium to recall the metallic pergolas in the Plaza. Similarly, the flooring we’ve chosen assures interior-exterior continuity and emphasizes the functionality of the glass sliding doors. The lamellar ceiling connects the outside to the inside and helps unify the auditorium ceiling with one single gesture. People would thus forget whether they’re inside or outside, freely go through areas and enjoy the flow of a dynamic work environment.
