High rise building that accommodates 3 Different Functions:
- The bottom section of the tower is composed of Commercial Floors.
- The Mid Section Of the tower contains Floors for Offices rental and Businesses.
- The rest Of the tower splits into 4 types of residential Apartments to fit everyone's needs and Budget from small studios to luxurious suits, in addition to Special Apartments with special standards has been provided for people with disabilities.
the idea behind this project wasn't just about creating one Tower, Amman is one of the most dense cities in the world and the population is in rapid growth that's why its about adopting high-rise approach in buildings in Jordan, and create new urban areas that can be more beneficial to the country and the future generations to come since High rise buildings consume small footprints relatively, leaving more land to be used for greenery, needed services and to build a better bigger infrastructure for the future.
