What exactly is chai?
Chai is originally an Indian hot drink. Chai actually just means tea. So when you say chai tea, you're actually saying tea tea - 'i guess a drink so nice you name it twice'. We make our chai products based on black tea and a spice mix of cinnamon, cardamom, pepper, fennel, ginger, star anise and cloves. These are all warm flavors and therefore warm you from the inside. Chai latte is a hot drink mixed with hot steamed milk.
