Digital Sketch Ideas

The goal of this project was to redesign an existing boxed product of any type for the target audience of our choosing. I chose to redesign Jenga, shifting the demographic to an older audience of nostalgic parents wanting to play a family game night favorite with children of their own. 

My design uses a minimal design evoking the shape of the game pieces and large, bold text for the name of the game in a typeface that feels old and familiar. The color palette is also inspired by earlier time periods to give the box a retro feel and contrast the typical primary colors seen on board game aisle shelves today.
