Elion
Founded in 2022, Elion is a platform to help digital health builders discover, evaluate, and select the software and services to power their businesses and ultimately deliver better care faster.
The Task
The task was to scope and build the Elion MVP including an early brand and testing and launch plan. The goal was to establish the company's value and mission and to deepen and evolve the product over time through iterative development predicated on understanding and leaning into the value active health tech buyers get from the product.

Product Approach
The task was to scope and build the Elion MVP including an early brand and testing and launch plan. Brand Development
Develop a new brand system and all digital assets for the MVP, content within the MVP, the marketing site, and PR establishing a clear brand identity for the company and product.
MVP Build
Based on concept testing feedback, prioritize a set of solutions for initial build and deepen into a fully functional MVP. Build the MVP from a set of Google sheets and tested conceptual designs into a fully functional web application using real data to demonstrate the Elion Digital Health Taxonomy, Technology Marketplace, and Builder Resources designed and structured to improve the evaluation and purchasing decisions for digital heath technology buyers.
